This intro-level Aerial Hoop (Lyra) series will gently lift you from the ground and into the air with confidence. Everyone starts together—no experience needed!

You’ll learn:
✔️ Mounts & beginner poses (in, on & under the hoop)
✔️ Foundational aerial safety
✔️ Aerial lingo & skills progression
✔️ How to build strength, grace & confidence in the air!

👚 What to Wear: Sleeves that cover your armpits + leggings that cover your knees
💧 What to Bring: Water bottle + an aerial journal
🚫 Leave jewelry & lotions at home
